’Modern City House 2015′

Entry for International Architecture Competition for Visegrad Group „City House – 2015”. Building on Waryńskiego 31 St. was an old church from 1924. ”It was in fatal state” – residents complain. The old walls could collapse any moment. Children play a lot around the building. It is not difficult for a disaster. The city does not have the rights to the building. The President is willing to buy a plot with buildings, but the price requested by the Baptist church is to high. Owners do not have money and staff to administrate the building.
